Brief info
Cade Lemcke was considered by most as a “coach on the court” over the course of his playing career at McQuaid Jesuit HS, Hargrave Military Academy and the University of Virginia. Soon after finishing playing, he began working with players individually and coaching at various levels. In his 19 years coaching, he has worked with over 100 players who have gone on to play college basketball at various levels.
Cade has been an assistant coach at the collegiate level (Longwood University), high school level (McQuaid Jesuit HS, Blue Ridge School) and started a major AAU program, the East Coast Fusion. He has also started various basketball camps and ran a basketball scouting service for college basketball programs, The Radar Report.
He is currently the head coach at the Blue Ridge School (State Champions 2015, 2017) and a co-director of the Team Loaded AAU program based out of Richmond, VA. Cade and his wife (Karen) have three children; Cohen (11), Mikella (9) and Caris (7).
